Love that picks me up

And dusts me off

Love that I can’t chase away

With my sullen words

And rolling eyes

And doubtful heart.

Love that keeps on loving

Me.

No matter what.

Why?

I don’t deserve this.

Can’t achieve this.

Can’t even make it happen.

A fact as real as gravity.

As strong as steel.

Bigger than mountains

Or Oceans.
