I decided to use Jessie Gussman’s Faith on the Farm as part of my devotional reading this year. What a complete pleasure and treasure this book is. Jessie uses her real-life experiences in raising kids, farming, and cattle ranching. She weaves into her stories the Biblical wisdom that has kept her going, making this book such a delight to read. I am a city girl, but after reading Jessie’s down-to-earth stories I feel like moving to a farm. I highly recommend this book to anyone needing encouragement, comfort, and a hearty dose of faith-filled reading.
